My Gdf Cousin!!! Graaaag!!!

I swear when I find my cousin I am going to rip him apart. there will be nothing left. he has pushed it way to fucking far this time!!! WAY TO FAR!!!

ok let me elaborate on him!!!

Two years ago: my cousin who we will call john got himself into a S*** load of trouble. two counts of grand theft auto and one count of petty theft. not to mention drinking and aton of other crap. he got himself so deep in court with all the crap he did it drove my aunt nuts and my grandma. it was so bad that the judge who was his mothers friend felt so much sympathy for my aunt, she gave him a choice, either he can rot in jail for 15 - 20 years OR he can join the military and pay his country back.
He took the military, army specifically. we thought he finally had shaped up. he returned from a shor campaign in Korea and was doing well. then when it was time for him to go to Iraq, the little prick when getting dropped off at eh salt lake airport to meet his platoon, as soon as my aunt was out of site his friend pulled up and he got in and went a-wol on the lot of them. and was hiding for 30 days.
we looked all over for him and could not find him. finally his brother and his GF tricked him into telling them where he was. they found him beat him down andtied him up and took him to Hill AFB to let the military deal with him for being such an fing coward. when the air force got ahold of him they cuffed him and held two m-16's to his head.
I don't know for sure but I expect the air force was pissed they haed to deal with an army soldier which made matters worse for him. they sent him to where it is that the army kicks you out dishonorably. and then they threw him in the streets to fend for himself.
this all took place over the last while. a few months ago he got home and his mother would not let him back into the house he was such a disgrace. now the little prick did it this time, he put my family through all that stress and then his so called buddies and him a few days ago robbed a store and arrested and thrown in jail!

it pisses me of to no end that my family has to suffer so much dishonor. I swear to god If I ever find him EVER!! I am going to rip him apart limb by limb till there is nothing left. he had no right to do this to any of us. and shame our family name. I am so sick of watching them suffer for this. GRAAAAG!! his ass is dog meat when i see him next!! I swear when I get into the AF I am going to show him what it means to be an american!!!

And if being an American means beating people that you don't like and telling them how you want them to act, then your view of the ideal American is abit obscurred I think.

let me elaborate on that sarg. when I get into the AF I meant I was going to say I am going to be the example of an american warrior he could never be. I have true intentions of hurting him I am jsut so mad. and no my cousin was there he watched them do it to his brother. he was in deep crap. he was wanted by all the branches. and I meant M-16's

Scum like that need to be killed. You join the military for a reason. That is not to desert your comrades when they need you. The military is extremely dependent on one another - the weakest link breaks the chain.

My dad was honorable discharged from the Air Force for heath reasons (mental and physical) back in 1994.

coming from a libertarian point of veiw...... why the hell should you expect a guy to willingly go to a place he is likely to die if he had to be forced into risking his life in the first place?

I mean, god! it shouldn't be legal to force people to join the military for stealing a car! and then to rag on him because he's "too much of a coward" to go to Iraq? LOTS of people don't want to go to Iraq! and if he had been a victim of the draft there would have been lots of people encouraging him to go AWOL. you said he already went off in the millitary, and then things were getting better with him, and then say he's shit for not wanting to go someplace where a low ranker would be facing the very real possiblity of death? it's not even "war time" any more!

so he's dishonorable, thats what a dishonorable discharge is for, and in my mind if the US military has to resort to concripting criminals for the military then I thank god that we're not getting into more wars!

EDIT: I did some research and the federal governmnt isn't supposed to sentance people to join the military, thats been removed fromt he federal level for years. so it would have had to have been a pleebargain instead of an actual sentancing.

it's very difficult to be accused of treason in American because in order to be convicted two people would have to be witness to the same event, that event being aiding the enemies of the countries. running away fromt he military not only is not a form of treason, but it's not even possible to take it to the regular court system, it would have ot go to a military trial.
